Platinum Home Family of Companies is part of a group of healthcare organizations founded and led by Marc A. Vasil, MPT, an Ohio-licensed physical therapist with extensive experience in rehabilitation and home health care.

Marc built his companies around a simple goal: to help people live healthier and more independent lives through thoughtful, reliable, and compassionate care.

As the need for quality in-home care grew, Marc founded Platinum Home Health Services in 2003. By 2005, Platinum became a full home care agency. Medicare credentialing followed in 2006, and in 2008 the agency expanded to include non-skilled aides and homemaking services.

Marc then established Core Physical Therapy with a focus on improving lives through better movement. The practice treats the whole person, blending proven clinical techniques with alternative therapies. Core Physical Therapy is known for hands-on care and personalized treatment plans.

Platinum Home Health is now one of fewer than ten 5-Star Medicare-rated home care agencies in Ohio and a Cleveland Top Place to Work for 2025. With no plans of stopping, Platinum Home Family of Companies looks forward to the future with the latest Platinum office opening in Elyria, bringing the platinum level care to the west side.
